BANANA GHEE ROAST
Required:
Firm ripened banana-2
Ghee-2 tbsp
Preparation:
Peel the skin of banana and cut into 1/2 cm slices. Heat ghee in a fry pan. Fry the pieces to brown both the sides. Serve hot.
