Green capsicum - 1
Onion - 1 small
Red chilli - 1
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/8 tsp
Green gram split - 2 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste


Heat oil in an pan and then roast gram split. When it turns golden brown remove and set aside.

In the same pan splutter mustard seeds and then add cumin seeds, and red chilli.

Now add chopped onion.

When onion is translucent add capsicum, salt and stir to cook well.

When done add roasted gram, mix well and serve hot with rice.
