Egg - 1
Butter - 1/4 cup in room temperature
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Cream Cheese - 1 cup
(I used Germany's Quark similar to cottage cheese/ soft paneer. Cottage cheese can also be used)
Semolina - 2 tbsp
Baking powder - 2 tsp
Strawberry - 250 grams

Preheat oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Beat 1 egg in a bowl.

Add butter, sugar and cheese one by one and beat well.

Now add semolina and baking powder.

Finally add chopped strawberries and fold into the batter.

Place a baking sheet in a spring-form cake tin and grease it.

Pour the batter and bake till brown.
Time depends on the size of the spring-form. Mine is 26 cm. So my cake is thin and it took about 25 minutes. Let it cool. Serve only when it completely cools down. Cheese cake tastes better when cooled.

If you don't  have a spring-form then normal pan can be used. But cheesecake without base breaks easily. So Place aluminium foil in the pan and then bake. Remove carefully from the pan after it is completely cooled.
